AWSP’s “The Leadership Framework: The Eight New Principal Evaluation Criteria” has now been updated to include rubrics, which were developed in partnership the University of Washington. The document, formerly titled “Evaluating Principal Leadership in a Performance-Based School”, provides a tool for our districts as they continue to design and develop their new principal evaluation models.
