AWSP’s “The Leadership Framework: The Eight New Principal Evaluation Criteria” has now been updated to include rubrics, which were developed in partnership the University of Washington. The document, formerly titled “Evaluating Principal Leadership in a Performance-Based School”, provides a tool for our districts as they continue to design and develop their new principal evaluation models. The framework played an essential role in our pilot’s development of their principal evaluation models and its use was one of the assurances involved with the RIG process.
