Transportation
Both Red Lion Hotels (Hotel at the Park & The River Inn) will be providing shuttle service to and from the airport and WEA Headquarters in Spokane. If you’d like to use the service, please have a team member call ahead with the number of people needing shuttle service and the time you’d like to leave. They are expecting us, but calling ahead will help them plan their shuttles and make sure everyone arrives in a timely fashion.

What to Bring

For access to the most resources and materials, please bring your laptops, tablets, and/or smartphones. WEA-Spokane will have free guest wifi access.

Room Blocks

The Red Lion Hotel at the Park may be out rooms. If so, please use the the River Inn (their sister hotel), which has the same $86/night per diem rate when requesting the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction room block. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel numbers listed below, or toll free by calling 1-800-RED-LION (800-733-5466). The hotels will provide shuttle service to and from the airport and our meeting location at the WEA.
